Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before the products are shipped without giving any reason for doing so. We typically hold the order for 48 to allow time for cancellation.

Once products are shipped, all sales are final. After accepting delivery the products cannot be returned, but we gladly offer refunds or replacement if the product or the packaging is defective.

All products are clearly marked with allergy warnings and by concluding the purchase, you agree to hold Self-Love Skin Products harmless for any allergic reactions caused by our products.
